Starting a new diet tomorrow.
Not sure what to set my calorie intake is though.. I’m thinking of alternating one day 500 and the next 1000 and repeating. Along with doing 100-200 crunches every night, which isn’t alot of exercise, but oh well. I’m going to focus on drinking alot of water, fruit and oatmeal. That’s the majority of what’s in the house anyways, should be good though :) I want to lose my weight somewhat more healthy than before. I haven’t weighed myself in a really long time since my dad doesn’t own a scale. I’m probably around the same, even though I feel alot bigger right now. ;/ We’ll see how this goes.
I would love to get into the 120’s by the time school ends.
That’s two weeks. I’m 132, it should be easy. :)
